New work from 916 repper C-Plus featuring Nate Curry on the carooning hook and verse. C-Plus is a staple in the Sacramento California Hip Hop scene putting it down with producers Ski Beatz (Jay-Z) to Sacramento's own Lee Bannon (Joey Badda$$). "Waves pt 2" follows the Guys to the barbershop to the beauty supply store to get the necessary goods to set off the hairstyle made popular in the early 21st century. African-American men sought to style their hair with texture-altering products, "pomade hair moisturizer". 4 rAx of famed Oakland production team The Mekanix preps for the release of his upcoming album "FEAR" (dropping 9/11) with his latest offering/visual for "Scars". "My love for you is now bitter sweet, guess you could say I bumped my head on the concrete", "Scars" is an ode to the city 4 rAx calls home as he recognizes how his city has provided all he's needed (good or bad) from his youth to an adult. 4 rAx gives insight on how he feels the current state of materialism has clouded the vision of his peers, friend and family "....when...

I'm not sure if this song is part of a bigger project but stay posted for new updates. Since Emily's days as 1/2 of the group Yesway (with dope partner Kacey Johansing) I've been a staunch supporter of her and her artistic endeavors. Yesway, being one of the reasons the Drums & Ammo website was developed. Here's a few words from Emily on her latest offering "I'm in Love" : This song means a whole lot to me. Written and recorded over two years and what feels like lifetimes ago, it helped me get to where I am now and...
